Follow the steps below to make the most of the business matching feature
Sign in using the email address and barcode/ticket code printed on your participant badge or provided in your registration confirmation email.
Find potential business partners using the search feature by name, company, or category. Click on a participant's or speaker's profile to view their details and available meeting slots for each session.
From your selected partner's profile, choose an available session and time slot, enter the purpose of the meeting, and submit your request. You can request meetings with both speakers and fellow delegates.
Track all your meeting requests on the Bookings page. Use the status filters (Pending, Accepted, Rejected, etc.) to manage your requests more easily. If necessary, you may cancel meetings that have not yet taken place.
View all your pending and accepted meetings on the Calendar page to ensure you don't miss any scheduled appointments.
Use the Messages feature to communicate with your business partners, either within the context of a specific booking or through direct messages. Messages are automatically marked as read once the conversation is opened.
Check the Notifications page for the latest updates on your meeting requests. You can mark notifications as read individually or all at once.
Attend your meeting at the confirmed date and time. Once the meeting has concluded, mark the booking as complete so your meeting history is accurately recorded.
Sign in using the email address and password provided by the event organizer.
The dashboard displays a summary of your active sessions, meetings with pending/accepted status, and the number of unread notifications and messages.
Choose the sessions you will attend via the Availability page. The system will automatically generate available time slots for each selected session, so delegates can request meetings with you.
